Was this a used truck? or a new one? You can sue, till your blue. But what if any deception did the dealership perpetrate on you? Any warranty on the truck ? or did you buy it as is? I know this doesn%26#039;t sound good to you, but it is what it is. If the dealer stated it had never been wrecked in an advertisement or anything in writing then you mite have a case. Good Luck
Reply:Dealerships are liable to disclose previous accidents...if they are aware of it. Getting them to admit if they knew about is another situation.
I%26#039;d ask them to take the vehicle back, if they say no....consult an attorney.
Reply:Most states do not require disclosure. Of course You can sue, but winning may be very, very difficult. How will you prove that the dealership knew of the accidents before they sold it to you ?

In the USA, how do ya make your own auto insurance (as if you're the company yourself) even if you don't own _
your own auto insurance company, and have the government recognize it as at least a legal liability insurance company (as a way of saving money from the high cost of actual insurance companies, especially if the cost by them has gone up and up...), but also limit the amount someone can get from you if they have a lawsuit against your own little self-insurance box you have going there?
Hey! I have heard of people doing this, seriously! But I don%26#039;t remember if it was auto insurance or just health insurance, for sure. So anyway... how do ya do it and get it recognized where it needs to be (since at least liability auto insurance is required by law here)?

okay, i just bought a car today from NY state..and i live in Pa. We dont have a drivers license...my fiance is getting one in a week or so... And i need to know if there is anyway I can get car insurance- so in case. u can look up allstate.com/ 21 century insurance...etc.

I have an auto accident case which the logging truck driver jacknifed his truck and hit me head on. I sustained serious injuries, and am suing. Nobody saw the accident, it was far out. I was flown out by medivac. The insurance company representing the logging company hired their %26quot;experts%26quot; who came back and claim I veered in to his lane and hit him, therefore my injuries are %26quot;my fault.%26quot;
What happens if after reviewing the entire case the judge accepts the defense request for dismissal. Will I have to pay the thousands the defense spent up to that point???
